The first offer is worth about four '09 rares and a '10 rare, so they would need to add two '09 rares and a '10 rare to make it fair to you.
The second offer is worth about six '09 rares and an '09 uncommon, so they would need to add about a three '09 uncommons I think.
Not sure about the third trade since I'm not good with item rarities.

The person was right about the first two. However the third trade has no items that are worth that much. I don't see any 09 rare items. The third one is the least fair of them all

You are overpaying by A LOT. The rose pps is a low main list and the marionette is a low advent even though it can go for low septembers. It's all up to you though.

Neither the grinner or the the red fronted holly have good demand. In my opinion I would stick with the grinner unless you find someone who really wants a red fronted holly. You could possibly get a couple of better advents for the grinner
