Yes but that one really doesn't surprise me. It's just like coontail, turning purple and red like Christmas tree flickering lights

Nothing c: It's very unlikely that any pet but the 09's or the scarf dogs will go rare and the scarf dogs were already on the list when they were rare. In terms of trade value nothing changes.
