I think that this pup:

Is cataracts.

Lots of other people made this guess, but I have another theory of why it's correct.
People seem to be ignoring the hint 'my pup is not what it seems', and I think that fits this pet perfectly. There's been a lot of discussion about this one being sick or holding its breath, but I think we could all be wrong and that the pup is doing something else entirely. Because as it seems to be sick or holding its breath, it could not be.
Plus, 'glub glub glub' and that Admiral Ackbar theory people have been talking about.

But then again, I might just be totally wrong. XD

Maybe so, but I still think this is cataracts because of how much evidence there is. I don't feel like there's enough evidence about it being Anika for us to know if it's true or not. : )
