The bwolf they're offering is a mid-2009 rerelease. The 2015 store deer is worth a mid-2009 rare, so it is technically fair, but I personally would not take it as the deer is quite popular and I prefer it to the bwolf.

Quite a bit of overpay on their part. They want a fraction of the 2011 UC's value from you, even accounting for the staff dog popularity.

Valuing all items as common to uncommon pets from the same year, it's quite unfair to you (I use a 2:1 UC:R ratio).

The two 2010 rares add up to one 2009 rare, so I'd call this fair. The items don't add much.
