Unfair to you. Their side doesn't even add up to 1 09 rare. In all their side is about a mid 2010 rare.

I would consider this unfair to you. Generally speaking the rule of thumb for uncommons to rare is 4 uncommons for 1 rare (unlike the other rules of thumb where 2 of one rarity equals 1 rarity up). It's a bit confusing but that is what most people have been using.

I guess its not fair to the top.
The Storepet is worth a late '10 rare.
Also the bunny is working with the '15 rat but the other rare cant add up to the second '10 rat.

Agreed,. But with rat's terrible demand, It's roughly a little overpay still. I would take it.

Agreed! This is a decent overpay on the top, and soon enough, as with the raven before, the demand will eventually fall. So I would trade it now when it's peaking it's value!
