It doesn't seem to be a list pet while the bunny is from Advent list tier 6. So unfair to the bunny.

definitely not, your bunny is worth 6+ 09' rares, their pet is worth only 2.

About fair or slightly unfair to them. The dog is fair for the cat, but I don't think the moon bunny is worth a 2013 uncommon.

I believe the first trade is unfair to you. I'm not 100% sure on the growing pup, but if I'm not mistaken it grows into a '09 rare. Both of the pets on their side would be needed to be fair for you VR sitting cat, and 15C$ isn't enough for the other pet on your side. Definitely get a second opinion though.

The second trade is unfair to them by rarity. Just one of the VR pets would be overpay by itself. However, the cheshire does have very good demand. I'm not sure what it goes for currently.
