it's kind of weird to me that the transmasc deer have thick necks/look exactly like the usual buck lineart but the transfem deer specifically have thick necks to look different from the usual doe lineart. i was hoping that the transmasc deer would have thin necks like the usual doe lineart, or maybe have their antlers look added on instead of grown if that makes sense. having the transfem deer be the only ones with the obvious difference makes me feel pretty weird as a transfem ish person but that's just me

Hi! Full disclosure, the thick necks on the does were unintentional. For some reason I edited the antlered deer to be antlerless, not realizing there was a doe lineart. It was never meant to be a part of the transition, just the antlers/no antlers. It's also my headcanon that the trans bucks would grow horns, much like transmen on hormones grow beards.
As a transman I never intended the litter to upset or make anyone feel left out.

I was also wondering about the neck inconsistency, thank you for clearing it up!
We just got some accidentally strong trans-does I guess, haha

Now I'm wondering how this fact completely evaded my notice for the 8,5 years we've had the lineart
Same, I actually had no idea 'til it was pointed out.
