Looks like the items were at least partially randomized today.

I got these and know there are 3 giant clover leaves and 4 medium ones in total, so I'm missing at least one giant.
Not sure about the rest of the items.

Compared the item hauls with those of some other users, and from the looks of it everyone gets one cookie, one dancing mouse, two of each drink, five of each clover patch, and then a total of 15 clover leaves, randomized between 7 variants (3 giant, 4 medium).

Jup, that's all of them^^
The only ones that are random are the clover leaves, if you've got 7 different ones (patches not included) you're good.

I think I got very lucky and got all of the pet outcomes! Three of the clover dear. The sweet little baby dog is already in the archives, does that mean he won't grow up? There is no PPS on him.

The little dog is fully grown, yes - as is the bunny! c:
Oftentimes the artists won't put a PPS label on PPS pets if they came from a non-growing litter like this one, since there are no growing pets they can be confused for at a glance.
