Is this fair at all? Which one is fairer to me(i have the rare)?

Both are insanely unfair to you, a '09 rare is technically worth about 500 '16 rares and while they don't go for that much you can easily get ~50-100 uncommons of '15 and '16.

I don't remember if I ever asked about this one, but valuing the Joker at about a Non, how would this be?

Their side adds up to very roughly a sorbet to blue toxic level, so they'd need to add a Spotted tribal list-wise.
Demand-wise list-quantity is almost as demanded as the joker though, so it might even be close to fair.

I agree, I can usually get about 100 2015 mixed pets per 09 rare
