I know I am new but I got asked for this horse[below]for free, I mean they must of been so lazy not to check the adoption centre, because it was there already it wasn`t like a rare or anything.

Umm.. the horse says above it, the words 'unwanted'. I don't know if you noticed or not, but that's how it could be read.

New people are easily confused. Things could easily be mixed up. *shrugs* My advice: change it from your username to just a simple "My Pets"; it'll clear some of that confusion regarding the status of your pets up.

Uhm, this is more of a 'help me please!' than a real rant.
Only recently have I begun to get more trades, as I guess I'm not so new any more, I've been here a month. But someone keeps sending me trades: one pet for another. They appear to be very new, but I told them that you could add more pets to a trade at once so you don't have to make many trades - but they don't seem to have got it. Just one of their newborn caterpillars for one of my trades. I don't even have many good pets in my trades! I mean, they're new, so I've accepted the first few, but... now I kind of don't want to, but I would feel bad about turning someone so new down.
They haven't sent a message with any of their trades either :s What should I do? It's starting to annoy me, but I don't want to offend them.

cheerybunny, I´d cancel the trades, and write in the first one that you are sorry but don´t want to trade for the pets they are offering. if they keep sending trades I´d just stop being so polite ^__^

This is for my sister, a newbie last month. My little 10 year old sister sends a trade not knowing it was way unfair. She offered the green and purple 2nd gen for someones joker dog and asks very politely, " Is this ok with you? I'm not sure of the rarities yet because im new here." She clearly stated that she was unsure of the rarities of dogs. This was also her first trade with someone other than me.

This person replies back, obviously canceling the trade and rudely states this: " Ok, before you think of sending me another trade, LEARN TO READ FORUM POSTS!"

I pmed them telling them to never talk to her like that again or I will report them.

Ergh. So annoyed with myself.
I got 3 of the clockwork/robot puppies by Mausoleum, and ended up accidentally trading 2 of them away. And no, not even in the same trade. I got sent 2 different trades, both for the one I had at that time in my "No trade" group. The first one I didn't realsie was a no-trader and traded it away. That was ok though as I was getting a pet I really wanted for it and still had 2 more.
The second one I got sent a trade for the new No trade one, and did what I thought was canceling it... but somehow I hit the accept button instead, sending a message as if I was canceling it somewhere along the lines of "pets in not trade groups are NOT for trade"
I only realised I had accepted it, thus giving them the pet for free with a message as if I as declining, when the person messaged me to say "what is my pet doing in your signature?"
Honestly though, with the messge I sent it was fairly clear that I had meant to decline
All I can say is, D'oh! and lucky I got three, otherwise I would have ended up with none of what is possibly my favourite pup of all time.

Ich: Agh, that sucks. That happened to me once - someone sent me a trade for my Aprils Fools cat. They didn't offer anything, had a begging message written in major noob speak. I, irked, do what I THINK is canceling it, write an angry message back, and end up accepting it. I mean, with the message I sent, it was obvious I was canceling... arhh.
