This. Ableism is probably the most socially acceptable form of intolerance by far, as it doesn't have nearly as much time in the spotlight as other forms of intolerance, and unfortunately ableism is even sometimes seen as "logical" due to the prevalence of the medical model of disability as well as the tying of human worth to productivity in many developed countries, particularly those with capitalism. It also doesn't help that one of the rallying cries of other oppressed groups, particularly before the 2000's, is that members of those groups could contribute to society just as much as the groups in power.
This doesn't make ableism acceptable, but it's unproductive to just point fingers and shout "ABLEISM!! YOU'RE BAD!! (implying that it's intentional)" without acknowledging that anyone who has access to Chicken Smoothie is very likely to live in a society that has deliberately raised its people to be naturally ableist.
Also note that there appear to be no word replacements this year. <3
