Extremely unfair to you. Just your Sockdog is very unfair because it is at the top of the advent list and the Purple Sleipinir is at the bottom row.

Please be specific in what kind of help you need, because we are human too and don't know what you need help with until you specify it.
And I agree with CrazyChick here.
If you are asking if it is fair, no it is unfair to you.
If you are asking what can fill the gap to make it fair, They need to offer at least a Grinner, or a Target dog to make it fair.
If you are asking about the demand for the Slepnair, the Slepnair doesn't have much demand I find, though it is up to you and your partner to determine that.

Going out on a limb here from reading the Items Thread, the second trade would be unfair to you, though I do not know how to fill the gap in as some of the items listed do not have a set or discussed rarity as of yet.
From a guess as of right now while I look for the items, I am going to say that the first trade was unfair to you as I am sure some of those items are worth '10 - '11 uncommons or such
