I'm getting really tired on finding a pet I want and sending an overpay trade-- only to find out that they don't want to trade it.

Lock your flippin' groups, people.

Seriously, I'm not happy about this happening for the umpteenth time today.

I understand that it was probably my trade you talking about but really no one needs to lock their groups it isn't a rule and It sometimes annoys me when people flip out over it I like keeping my groups unlocked because I want to see what people will offer on them and I am also organizing a great deal of my pets so please don't get mad when people lock their groups I can still live when people say that don't want to trade and it's in an open group.

Might want to lock the ones still being organized.
It's not a rule yes, but it's still considered a common courtesy to lock groups you don't plan to trade from.

Imagine finding a person with 10+ groups, and 200+ pets from your wishlist;
but realizing some are hoard pets (meaning you'll be looking at pets you want over and over again),
or many pets are all in "NFT" groups but aren't locked- it's frustrating to you isn't it?

That's why people rant about groups not locked, if people aren't planning to trade from them.
It helps them pick pets more easily, and gives them a clear idea of what pets are for trade... ^ ^"

I really wish more inactive members understood rarities. I always, always cheat myself out when I'm trading with someone if they have a lot of my WLs. e.e - Offered them my Pink September for pets that only equal up to about 2-3 08 advents total and they cancelled with "I don't think so "

OMG i just got a trade were they are offering three 2012 common's and want three 2010 uncommon's form me I edited it taking out two of the horses saying "how about this" and they said "Why in the world would i trade one pet for three!"
