why members cant have Black list?
no I not want it... but I remember that many persons had it... so I'm only curious why now it can't be

Well people tend to make up White lists and Black lists.
For example they put people who gifted them on a White list and people who send bad trades on a Black list.
In their rules that is xD
But Black-lists aren't allowed anymore.

Well, nobody would want to see their name on the list of "bad people don't trade with them never ever". People could be subjective and add someone on the black list only for example for cancelling "fair" trade they sent or so. That's why we have the rule "don't name names" in this thread too.
