I disagree, it's probably fair. Both white july outcomes are worth more than a sunback or non-jewel, or at least the same. The sunjewel is probably worth about the same as the white pps.
I'd wait until it's grown to trade it myself, just because there's such a discrepancy between outcome value.

What could be added to make it fair?

I think around a rare late '09 dog would make it fair, and you could take off a couple of the bats?
However, if they're sending it to you I'd accept it as it is. (;
