I have a question.
I have the biggest cat hoard on cs, but some cats are very edited.
In the past they counted as cats, since the original lineart was used.
What about these dinos?
They are based on the cat lineart, but it's so much edited that its hard to see it as cats.
What is your opinion?

they still count as cats in my opinion. towards the world records i still think they'd count as cats because that's the lineart they use and they are considered to be cats in the archive. i think it really depends on if you want them in your hoard or not.

they still count as cats in my opinion. towards the world records i still think they'd count as cats because that's the lineart they use and they are considered to be cats in the archive. i think it really depends on if you want them in your hoard or not.

Yes, for the records they still count as cats. Some staff pets are equally (if not more) edited and still count as dogs here, so I just see it like that.

I see there are records for Malk pets and Nick pets, is that just because they are well known?

They're hoards of specifically Malk or Nick linearts, most other artists don't have unique linearts. We don't have artist specific hoards currently, but if there's enough people who'd like it, I wouldn't mind adding it!

Oh ok, yeah that makes sense, i was just curious because im currently hoarding pets made by Lillian Nightshade, she has made a few linearts but im hoarding all her designs not just her linearts. But thats ok, i was just curious!

In the past the threadowner decided not to make hoards from specific artists, since that's very hard to check if there are no pets in there from other artists.
It's easy to check the lineart, but not the artist.
Same with specific colors. Some find a color blue, others call it purple.
That's why catagories like these weren't added in the past.
