An '09 rare is overpay for it, it doesn't usually go for much more than that.

I'd say a unfair to them.Their items are quite old.The items they want are Halloween free items from 2013 along with the 2014 rabbits.

Agreed.
Their pets and items add up to 2 '09 rares and about a '10 rare, while your side has 3 '09 rares and a lot of items.
You should add a '10 rare to their side and something equal to your items, I'm not quite sure what they're worth.

This is the one worth the most, however the apple has bad demand and it's difficult to get a fair trade for it.
If you're looking for good demand trade fodder, I'd say this is the best as it's worth a mid september and all included pets have good or very good demand.
You can definitely get at least a high septembers worth out of the apple if you're patient, but if you depend on auctions, it wouldn't be the wisest choice^^
