Thanks for bringing this up, but I don't think it exists anymore. I checked the original post that Deja mentioned it (2nd to last page of The Guide Index) and the link doesn't work nor can I find it in the search. ^^; I'm not sure if it was moved or anything, but if you're curious, you can PM Deja and see if it was moved somewhere.
