I'm no expert, but I do know that you're overpaying by a lot. That's a 2008 very rare you're offering for a group of pets and C$ that don't amount to it. List or not.
Somebody let me know if I'm wrong.

a '08 vr is valued at two '09 rares + a '10 rare. 24 C$ is worth a '10 rare, so their side is only worth a '09 rare.

On the second trade, I believe they are overpaying by a small bit.
The sitting cat was originally released in '09, and the scarf items are usually worth a rare from that year. ^^
