Is it possible that this dog will turn VR anytime soon?

I know a few in its litter already are (and theres the Strawberry PPS) but I dont know much about rarity changes or how long its been rare..

Gosh, people went mad - it as worse than the griffin PPS! If anything, they will probably go rare in a while. I completely agree!

I wouldn't think that it would change very soon, I've seen quite a few lately. ^^ I think the last non will change before this rat does.

Basically, during the 2011 Medieval Faire, there was a 'Forest' that you could search in once an hour (I think it was that? I'm not quite so sure now), and if you were very, very lucky, you could adopt the burnt dog. Since it was so hard to adopt, trading for one was just as hard, since people started to collect them or held onto them because they thought the dogs would be rare. ^_^

In recent events like Halloween events, I thought banner pups would be uncommon but nope, rare.
