Your 2017 store pet is worth half of their rare. The rest of your normal release pets add up roughly to a 2010 rare, so this trade is roughly fair. The uncommons+common are definitely not needed here

That's roughly 5 2010 uncommons. Valuing a rare as four uncommons from the same year, your 2009 rare is worth 8 2010 uncommons. Unfair to you

This is unfair to you due to the age gap. A 2012 uncommon alone is worth a 2014 rare, or two 2015 rares. The dragon costume was from 2015, so it's worth a common/uncommon from that time.
A 2015 rare is worth a 2013 uncommon, so you should remove your older pets+2016 common+dress and add that in. The 2016 uncommon is fair for the dragon costume if valuing at a 2015 common.
