Well if you do not want to give it up you do not have to, but they are overpaying as new store pets usually go for a late 2010 rare and they are offering a '09 ^^ its up to you to accept or decline

xxxxx□An orange Malk dragon can go for 3-4 '09 rares or a Tier 1 Advent by demand, whereas maybe both cats could get 1.5? '09 rares (I personally don't believe that their demand would boost them to two '09 rares), so they'd be overpaying still

Both offers are EXTREMELY unfair to you. The Zebra is an above-the-gap mainlist and worth quite a bit. =)

I believe the Raven only goes for a Sorbet, not a non, so they would be overpaying. That said, your pets all have very good demand while their pets have poor demand and can be hard to trade off.
