A little bit unfair to the top as the store pets are worth a late 2010 rare to an early 2011 rare.

This is depends on you
Mainly omgsr rats only trade for a September list...this would be unfair to you
However, if you value them at a sorb (.5 of a non), they would still need to add another sorb worth to be fair
Your zebra trades for about 1.5 nons

trade 2 take 2: i wouldn't take it, the rat goes for a sorb *with patience* and often less while the zeb gets 1-1.5 nons.
trade 3: your side adds up to 12 '10 rares valuing a 2018 store pet at a 2010 rare,
their side adds up to roughly 20 '10 rares, so they're over by but demand wise, you know what the case is with rats. they have poor demand, sadly. if you want the rats for your collection, you should take it, but trading them off might be hard, and the store pets definitely have better demand. so it's up to you.
and another: the unickorn goes for 1 non and zebra usually also goes for 1-1.5 non so it depends if you value your zebra at the lower end of that
