Disagreed on the first trade - the 09 rares can be any date, and the lion is actually worth 4 09 rares, so tiger is overpaying. ^^

I say it's fair. 2-3 '09 rares to get to the first tier, then the rest is to build up the list.
4 09 rares would mean it would be 1 '09 rare to get onto the first tier.

3 2009 rares minimum are used to get onto the first tier.
The Snowflake lion isn't on the first tier, it's on the second (not all lines are 'tiers').

Green Toxic = how many advent list pets + how many september list pets ??

I can't tell if it's fair or not; I know it's offering two 2010 uncommons, but I also know that lions are REALLY popular; especial Medieval Faire and PPS ones. But still, all the same, not sure.

I would say fair to you and really, overpay from them The lions are hard to trade for though so if that's you're only one and you're partial to it, it would be easier to trade for all the pets they offered individually than trade the lion off and then re-aquire it later.

It's unfair to them, any of the pets on their side that's isn't a 2010 (since the 2011 UCs are within a 3 month radius of your pet) will be a fair swap for your pet. c: Lions don't often go for massive overpay, but they do go for slight overpays.
