The non-store pets in both trades are overpay. Store pets from the year can swap fairly.

If you want a detailed answer for the second:
After the 2017s swap, that leaves 1 2017 & 1 2018 (mid-late ‘09 rare together), then the 2016 (worth an early ‘10 rare/2 early ‘09 uncommons), which can cover the gap between the other two and the 2013 (early ‘09 rare). The 2016 goes a little further than the gap, in my opinion.

sitting cat demand varies from person to person, but since that's one of the "warrior cats" it has more demand than a regular sitting cat and usually goes for overpay. personally, i feel like it's fair counting demand (and it's about what i paid for most of mine) but it's up to you and whether or not you think it's worth it.
