Is this fair? I feel like the unicorn would be easier to trade off because horses and ponys and rats don't have too much demand so demand wise is this ok?

Seems unfair to them rarity wise, but I'd keep the unicorn as it still has decent demand.

rarity wise this is overpay for sure. The unicorns are worth a late 10 rare.
demand wise i guess you are better off with the unicorn, but as the horse is from 09 it can get you better pets than the unicorn. just depends on wether your trade pertner is okay with horses

#2 - Unfair to you, each of the wigs are worth an '11 uncommon. All the chickens would be about fair for one wig and maybe the deer.

This is technically unfair to the Store Pets... If I remember correctly, a current store pet is valued at an early 2010 rare... Maybe get another opinion though.
