What pets would I need to add/remove to make this fair? I don't intend to ask for all of these pets, these are just the ones I'd be willing to trade for. I'd particularly like to know the value of the very rare lion

This is very, very unfair to them. There are two store pets on their side that are both older than yours (the blue dragon cat and the manticore) and just the '09 rare was overpay. Your store pet is worth a mid '10 rare, and the manticore (very rare lion store pet) is worth a late '09 rare.

Essentially, you’d need to take off all of the pets on their side apart from the first one and add one or two '10 uncommons to your side.

unfair to the otherside, their side would be pretty much fair with the pps '10 alone, as your side is worth an early 2010, as a result they make up for it and then some with overpay of the other pets and C$

your side = a mid 2010 rare
their side = 5 '09 rares + 1 '10 + '13 + '14 + 2 '15 + '16 + all the various uncommons and under
to make it fair either you should just trade for the rerelease rare dragon dog and the 2011 batdog, or add on 5 '09s, '13, '14, 2 '15s, '16, + all the uncommons worth

The trade is fair. Your pet is a tier one advent, worth 3-4 09 rares. Their bunny is a 2010 rerelease and worth one 09 rare. Together with the other two 09 rares on their side, it adds up to three 09 rares c:

Yes, that butterfly wolf is a tier 1 advent list and worth 3-4 rares '09. Their side is worth 3, so that's fair :)
