So here's a separate thread

I want to know what is the Unicorn worth as it's my dreampet and I want to know what to offer to get one.

Many many users say "this is not fair", "that is not fair" but they don't know what is fair...

So I ask here and I hope to get an example of ideal offer, not just quoting the post above and saying "no, it's not fair, but I don't know what should be the offer".
