Well, it depends on what your puppy will become. If it's a Non-Jewel, then unfair to them, but it's unfair to you if it's a Sunjewel.

It's impossible to tell if it's fair until we know if its a nonjewel or sunjewel.
That's unfair to a sunjewel and unfair to them if it's a nonjewel.
