Not all PPS pets have the PPS tag on it^^ (Grinners as an example)
The only way to tell if it's still growing or not is to look at it's growth status on it's profile. This one says "Still growing" it would say "Full-grown" if it was a PPS.

They Grinners have no PPS symble on it because thats how they came out so they new grew in a way. This is still growing.
