Doing and auction this is the only bid I've received is it fair? I like the store pets.

The current store set is worth about two 2009 rares by rarity.
Their store dog is worth about a 2009 rare if you add demand. Each of the 2015 store pets are worth a 2010 rare each & are capable to fetch overpay. So in total, they are offering two 2009 rares + the uncommons/commons.

Very unfair to the spotted tribal both rarity and demand wise.
Even though the spotted tribal has poor demand, the other pets don't receive overpay so it doens't fill in the rarity gap. And the zebra doesn't go for much despite the auctions.

I would personally choose the one with the grinner in it, to me it seems like a better value. Both demand and rarity wise.

I'd say the shima goes for less, it's uncommon for them to go for septembers

What is about the gap between them / whose is unfair?

Peaches generally go for sorbets and up to a non, there's no list placement yet so can't really tell. Therefore, it's unfair to the phonix.
If you value at a non, then they are short about a sorbet. If valued at a sorbet, they are short by a non.
