I don't think you'd need quite that much. People in this thread said a wood angel was worth a blue balloon, and that's an August 2008 I believe, so a July 2008 is not all that far away. And in terms of July 2008 pets the galaxy dogs are some of the more common, the rarest being the chocolate/moon and the sun dogs. I suppose it depends on the person you find to trade with but it's possible if you find the right person a wood angel and the evil shima together would be enough. Maybe add a special, advent, or Joker.
