That sounds like a good idea. ^^

I'm *guessing* that they're saving the rarity updates until the end of the month. It would make more sense than the 21st since people can still adopt that month's pets after that, meaning the rarity's not really final until the 21st of the next month. Putting out the rarities after the month is over makes sure all pets are accounted for.

But I have no idea, just speculating. :3
