They are overpaying. The sitting cat clearly isn't a warrior so it has not special demand, the Zodiac is worth about an '09 Rae WITH demand. So The they offered two for it and two for the cat.

their side is worth 4 09 rares and your side is worth 2.5 09 rares, so it's unfair to them by an 09 rare + a 2010 rare.

zodiacs can go for more than what they are worth though depending on who you trade with. personally I value them at a 09 rare, so the trade would be unfair to them by only a 09 rare.
