Rainbow is not a color, in my opinion. It's just composed of other colors( I don't mean composed as in how green is blue + yellow, but rather that something rainbow colored just has a bunch of other colors making it *one* color ), so It's not really a color on it's own. Rainbows are also essentially white, like light, aren't they?

But I'd say the last thing is like "a square is a rectangle, but a rectangle is not a square". White is just a spectrum of light composed of all of the colors of the rainbow, but obviously "rainbow" isn't white because...you can clearly see all of the different colors-- though I'm not a professional or have a deree in that sort of thing, so I may be wrong...

But this discussion doesn't belong here-- I just thought I'd voice my opinion :L

Don't mean to but in here, but it's the other way around. A rectangle is a figure with four sides, two pairs of parallel sides, the parallel sides being equal in length, and four right angles. A square is a figure with four equal sides and four right angles. So a square can be a rectangle, but a rectangle can't be a square unless it's a square, but then it isn't a rectangle.

If a rectangle has 4 sides and 4 right angles, with two pairs of parallel sides, and the length of the sides doesn't matter, wouldn't that mean that a rectangle can be a square? But a square HAS to be all equal sides, so therefore it couldn't be one of these guys:
