Hey Cel, I don't believe my question: "Why is there 3 transparent dots after the 'Characters' link?"

On this character's page on Cel's toyhou.se.
It seems really out of place, is it a hint or something?

The character does have orangeish yellowish eyes like the shedding cat does. Could be nothing or it could be a clue

Also wanted to remind you all that one of my hints still needs solving as well! You all already found it, just need to figure out what it means. I will tell you that you are /not/ looking for a word. It is something else, but will lead you to the final clue.

Based on this I feel like it'll decode into a link or a partial link of some kind, since it a) isn't a word and b) will "lead" us somewhere — like a link.

One way I was able to decode this was:

which I have no idea how to apply. If my previous theory is correct and I was able to decode this properly, this is likely a partial link. I could be wrong about something, though, and I doubt I decoded it properly. Just my food for thought.
