Purple toxics are worth way more than a full zodiac set. Usually all twelve go for advent lists at the most.
As for the re-release question, it is technically worth exactly the same although if someone is intentionally seeking out a true-date purple toxic they might add a tiny bit more. It honestly depends on the person, and more often than not the date doesn't matter at all.

That's a 2013 store pet kitsune masked wolf, they have pretty good demand for store pets as far as I know but I'm not sure of their exact worth? I hear they go for a couple of '09 rares but I may be very wrong. Get a second opinion.
