I don't understand how you could trade with the blacksmith and things, and how many items they have. Mr friend told me yesterday but she didn't explain. I'm kind of confused. Can someone please help me?

Easy.

You got the pets from system accounts, just like Hunter the hunter.
Can't really trade with those accounts, but try to send a trade, click on "add items" and you can see how many items were traded in for pets :3

About MF pets, I think if any pet would be rare, it will be green dragon and burnt dog. Hmm, and maybe Lion family, but I don't think so.

I don't think the burnt dog is going to be rare. It was mainly demand at first that made it seem rare, but I've seen people with well over 15. I think the green dog will be rare though.

I doubt the burnt dog will be rare. I reckon high demand made them seem harder to get, people didn't want to trade them. But you never know, look what happened with the Tess Dragon...
I don't think there'll be many rares from the Faire though, maybe only the green dragon dog?
