As far as I've seen the sun back does better in demand but I'm taking into consideration that very few people can afford moonswirls and it's nearly impossible to overpay for them. :) I think moonswirls are hard to trade by their sheer value more than by demand problems. You may want another opinion though. :)

I believe sunbacks are more in demand as well. ^^
