you go to the trade, and next to the big words saying "veiwing a trade offer I recieved' blah blah, theres a button that says share trade. Hit it, and copy paste that link.

How can you tell if a person is a COPPA user? Does it have something on their profile saying it or what? I can't never tell. =/
