The full-grown fox must be a passionfruit!
You can even see a passionfruit flower on the newborn's head!
You can also see a watermelon flower for sure- it's the yellow one near the newborn's elbow.
That means there are likely 5 total outcomes!

This little one is difficult... I'm going to guess it's a durian. The spots with curved lines could represent spikes. The yellow in the ears matches durian fruit. It's a stretch, but I think a durian flower could match the flower under the CS on the newborn:
My long shot is- I think the last baby will be a PPS, based on a kiwi. Mostly going with my gut there, and wishful thinking haha. The topmost flower on the blanket looks like a lot of fruit flowers.. but it could be a kiwi:
