I'd say way unfair to the zebra
their side only adds up to a low/mid september max, and the zebra is at the top of the list

even taking demand into account I wouldn't consider it fair

a 2013 rare is worth a 2011 uncommon;
2011 uc = 2 2011 commons = 4 2011 vcs = 8 2011 omgscs, it depends how you and your trade partner values them, but rarity wise it's overpay on the other person's side

If all 3 of the unknown rarities were to turn out rare, they'd be worth a 2015 uncommon, so they're overpaying a considerable amount
