The second one is definetely the best.
Even though the demand of your store pet, a 2009 very rare is an overtrade.
Get a second or even third opinion, though.

For my tier 9 advent timber wolf

1. I'm honestly not sure what you mean by "not a tier advent like mine" (dates doesn't matter when it comes to the list either), but this trade is unfair to you by about 1-2 '09 rares. The Timberwolf Advent is two tiers higher than the Pink Cookie, and the Store Pet doesn't add up to anything / has no relevancy on this trade. Demand wise, the Pink Cookie has average demand, and so does the Timberwolf, so demand is not an excuse.
2. Valuing each '09 Horse at C$40-45, they're overpaying by about C$135. Their side is overall worth C$210, and the Timberwolf Advent is only worth C$95.
3. Unable to give advice on this trade.
4. Should be about fair. The Store Pets are adding up to at least 2 late '09 rares (and a half) + 6 '09 rares = 8.5 '09 rares, which is exactly what the Timberwolf Advent is worth rarity wise. However, I personally wouldn't take this, as trading back onto the list can be rather tricky and overall difficult.

If you value Longtail at a '09 rare, then it should be a fair swap demand wise.
Otherwise, this is unfair to you for the obvious reasons. A single uncommon =/= a rare.
