I don't think it's fair - I believe your African Wild Dog has good demand and goes for... maybe.... 2-3 09' rares? - and they are only offering a 2010 rare and some 2010 uncommons <: - and that doesn't fill up the gap ^^' -

i think you should decline both, for the first one, the store pets cancel out, and the 3 left over store pets are worth more than the vr (i think) and plus, the demand for store pets is pretty high, you could probably get more. also, their store pets are very recent, you can buy them rn, and yours are ranging from 2014-2016
for the second trade, i think u should decline since your pet is a malk, and although both rares are from 09, theirs is a horse and yours is a malk, as i said earlier, and malks have higher demand than horses, and the other pets dont make up for it

Face rarity wise and listwise, it is an over trade. But demand wise, no. In my experience, the Red Cerberus has been known to fetch up to a non. The pets you're offering seem like an over trade, but unfortunately, it is an under.
