Auction Rant Thread [v2] New Rule!

So I see an auction link in someone's signature saying they have one of the hard to find slumber party event pets UFA. So I click it and they say they want "Wishlist pet(s)" for it. The only thing on their WL that is NOT on the lists is a 2009 VR rat and the 2011 Easter PPS. Out of 4 pages.

They began the auction on the 3rd and said "oh this'll last a couple days." It's the 11th and they still haven't gotten a bid. Gee I can't think of a reason why...

this may sound rude buut hey the person sent a bid that would have put them in the lead, but ehy canceled and let one rare and an uncommon and on top of that they only bid on one lion.-. 1. follow the rules.-. 2. your supposed to try to outbid people or bid the best you can.-.

A rule in an auction:

I don't want rats, ponies, horses, or spiders.

That's pretty much all I've got to offer.

Another rule in a different auction:

You must bid on the whole set!

It was a full set of reindeer horses from Christmas 2009. I wanted one or two, and that's all I could fairly pay for, and you say I have to bid for the whole set? This is part of the reason I never bid in auctions.

What really bothers me is when people list auto's, and then when a supposed "auto" is offered, they don't accept. Do people understand what an auto is?

self rant:I get very discouraged when I bid for a pet that ive been looking for for a very long time:( I know that someone else will outbid me so I just give up on the pet.-. I wont try to get that rainbow dog anymore.-.

People complain when people don't accept "auto's" I get it. But stop complaining when people do and your bid gets cancelled because someone else's autos. -.-
I swear, I'm done leading auctions. I hate bidding, because it's 1/1,000,000,000,000 that my bid gets put up, and then 1/20,000,000,000,000,000,000 that my auto I sent actually autos. Sorry, you aren't getting a Sunjewel for a Sorbet with so little demand. And, if one of my auctions actually gets what I wanted someone else has to throw their hands in a fit. Sorry, I didn't like your pixels as much as this other persons. *flails and then rage quits auctions* -_-
Why must everything in auctions be so difficult!? If people want to trade down, no one wants that pet. If people want a Tiger dog for it, people always bid. Really? I should just start asking for overpay but have underpay "boosters" so even two of them would be an auto. But, shhhhh, people don't have to know that.

I literally can't participate in auctions anymore, there seem to be less and less with with fair Auto's, I mean Autos are considered fair a few tiers above a pet on auction yet it really bugs me when people are auctioning a low advent and want a toxic in return -_- no, no that's not a fair auto -.-
