Really depends on how you see it. If you value the three around Main Lists,
then yes, but if you treat them for their real value, no.

So it boils down to demand (which i believe the Patchwork's around a September
The Hyena and Timberwolf are around a lower main-list if you find someone who
really wants them)

Just jumping back to say I have never seen a Timber Wolf or a Hyena go for a Main List by themselves. Not even a first tier Main List. The most I have ever seen one been traded for is a Red Rose Dog- the Grown one. And even then that's really rare to happen.

A Tier 7 is worth about 9-10 '09 rares, if I'm correct (please correct me if it's wrong!) and / or 75 CS - so their side actually adds up to only 2 Tier 7s, right?

tier 1 is around 3, so tier 7's around 9 or ten, yes. 83C$, actually, and I got 60C$ for a tier 1,
so actually, I'd say only around one and a half tier 7s

Demand wise its unfair, so far i've seen the set (or most of the set) go for mid advents. But Rarity its just about fair since each zodiac tends to go for a 09 rare
