Hi! I know this is a common pet trade, but I want to get the hang of this correctly. Would this be considered fair?

Seeing it with my own eyes kinda thinks it is, and I have an extra of the pet they want so it's not a huge deal, but there might be something I'm missing and I'd like to learn (yeah, I'm a newb. But not an annoying one I promise. xD). Thanks in advance!
