Sorren Fey wrote:Oh, I see you have named the actual bumble bee wasp... and the striped one bumble bee. That's definitely incorrect.
I was just about to say something about that. Definitely agree with Sorren on that one. The one with twin dark stripes down its back was based on the Transformer Bumblebee (at least that's how I remember it) so that's actually the BBB spider.
Officially taking leave of Chicken Smoothie~ It's been a blast you guys! Slowly but surely clearing out my account and gifting my pets away~

Okay thanks, guys. I know I did a terrible job with this guide. xD I called things different names than most. I'm really sorry, but I made this quickly, and it's still a work in progress on getting all the names right. I just didn't want to spam someone's thread finding all the right names...Hope you see now why I made this before discussing it. :/
Edit: Okay I edited in all the changes...I think. Tell me if I missed one, please. Sorry, again, for my stupidity.

Heh heh.

The 'Star Spiders' have actually always reminded me of the van Gogh painting 'Starry Night', especially the blue/yellow one, and I don't think they have any common name, so it's probably a good enough name for them. :3 Personally, I hate it when pets are named by dates, in part because it's non-descriptive but mainly because I'm absolutely terrible with dates and am lucky to get the right year, let alone month. XD With the other spiders, names I've seen for them are:
April '09 = Grey Spider
May '09 = Red-kneed Tarantula
June '09 = Yellow-striped/Wasp Spider
July '09 = Red Spider
October '09 = Corset/DNA Spider
November '09 = Green/Arrow Spider
February '10 = Aztec Spider
Good job on the guide, by the way - the less common pets are tough to find names for since people tend to just call them 'this month's Malks' or 'last month's spider' and never give them proper names. Once the older pets get sorted out, the naming often becomes a lot easier. ^^
