Not really, there are pretty a quite lot of them in circulation, it's just the new line art that made them high in demand which might make them look as rare hard to find. It may seem hard to find because some people just lock them up. ^^ Maybe in a few months-years.

They were always common / uncommon since I got them.
That was before the rarity change.

Not anytime soon.

They were so easy to get, I myself hoarded them (so I own 21 of each outcome) and had plenty of spares. Same with other users. ^^;
