I technically like trading for loooots of stuff at once, I'm just terrible at keeping track of what I'm offering, then proceed to cut it down to a size my brain can process, and then proceed to worry that I'll annoy people if I keep coming back for more trades lolol.
When I see people offer higher-rarity pets for bulk and I have what they want, I often go for it, but I find it very intimidating to have to figure out on my own how much bulk is an acceptable offer otherwise. "Give me 30 xyz for this pet"? You got me! "Taking bulk offers" I have a singular braincell rotating in my skull and the prospect of accidentally under-offering will now instantly stop it from working. Sorry!

ive basically resorted to just waiting for trades to come to me at this point because i keep trying to trade with people who 1) dont trade to hoarders, which whatever thats fine, or 2) dont trade bulk
i think the issue i have is that i just want bulk of one species -- so GENUINELY i never care, as long as it's omgsc-euc, about rarity/dates. i will trade my euc dog for a omgsc rat any day.

Back here again to report on the 2023 Christmas Kitties. So far, I’m at:

2/4–5 PPS
1/4 Red Patches Cat with Red and Green Fairy Lights
4/4 Green Fade with Gold Baubles and Red Ribbon
1/4 Splotched Green and Red Stripes with Silver Baubles and Gold Ribbon
4/4 Pine Green and Brown with Yellow Fairy Lights
3/4 Dark Red and Green stripes with Silver Ribbon and Green and Red Baubles

So two of the six groups are already complete! I’m very excited about the amount of progress I’ve made in the past couple of weeks. I think the most awkward outcome to get 4 of will be the Uncommon outcome? But honestly, some of the Commons are posing a similar challenge. So I’m not extremely worried.



Annnnd…in a spur of the moment decision, I decided to make a hoard for the 2014 Colourful Stripes Kitties.



My plan is like the Christmas Kitties—four of each, except with the fact that these outcomes are all in the colours of the rainbow…part of the organising is already done for me. Red will be at the top of the group, Purple will be at the bottom.

I’ve actually got quite a lot of these cats considering their nature! (In fact, it’s been less challenging finding these than the Christmas Kitties, lol.) I haven’t organised who’s going to hold the times so far, because these pets are harder overall to find. But if I manage to complete the challenge…I’ll be impressed with myself. (That being said, I’m excluding the Grey outcome for the time being just because of how hard it is to find.)

I'm not gonna lie, I think becoming a hoarder has reignited my interest in being on CS and trading. I don't think I have traded as much as I have in the past few weeks in several years outside of events.
As for hoard updates...
My Sunny Ocean Mech Butterfly Wolf hoard has reached 13/20 already!

And my Halloween Rimlit Butterfly Wolf hoard has reached the halfway point of 10/20! :D


I also couldn't resist and started another hoard sfdghjk- I've given up on looking for 'official' names for pets, so I call them Aero Green Butterfly Wolves. (They give me Frutiger Aero/Frutiger Metro aesthetic vibes)

That's smart! The only time I've hoarded tokens would be the candy event where totally I forgot to spend the gummy worms...


I picked up x20 of these lavender tokens as well but I've been waiting for a bit to do a pet/item hoard combo... Just waiting for the right pet really.

Plus Halloween has got to be my favourate holiday so I can't wait to see the event pets!

I'm also very excited for Halloween, it's by far my favourite CS event of the year! Here's hoping for some nice new pets. :3c

I wouldn't say I necessarily hoard items, but I do snag small candy items from the LF, especially if they're from the 2011 Halloween event or 2019 Valentines day. I have a distinct memory of dressing up a dog with the pillowcase candy bag item and filling it with candies wayyy back when, and I think that's where my love for small candy items came from. :'D
...A Halloween pet hoard with candy bags sounds like a cute idea actually...

I do the same thing but a lot of the times I’ll go through add a ton of things I want n then go to add stuff on my side only to find either they only have rare plus on their wishlist or all of my other hoards that I don’t wanna trade or I just get overwhelmed n back out n then I’ll go n forget that I didn’t send the trade n wonder huh why haven’t I heard back n then look and go oh yea
